What is an E-Statement?

An E-Statement is a printable, viewable, and downloadable form of your account statement. Instead of getting your statement via the US Mail, you will get it delivered to your OutBac on the Web Account. It is stored there in an Adobe Acrobat format where you can view them, download them directly to your PC, and print them out. Your account will retain two years worth of statements. We recommend keeping at least seven years worth of statements, so you will need to print out your own statement, download them to your PC, or even burn them onto a CD.

Why should I sign up for E-Statements?

There are many benefits to signing up for E-Statements. The two major benefits are that your statement will be delivered to your account on the first business day of the month. The other benefit is that it also allows you to keep all your statements organized and secure within your OutBac on the Web account.

How do I sign up for E-Statements?

E-Statements are available only if you first sign up for OutBac on the Web. Once you log into your OutBac on the Web account, you will see a link called "E-Statements". Click on that link and fill out our online form. We will send you a confirmation e-mail and then your first E-Statement will arrive on the first business day of the next month.
