If you decide to terminate your membership with the Tobyhanna
Army Depot Federal Credit Union or become an inactive member, we

How to Opt Out of Certain Disclosures of Information About You?
If
you prefer that we not disclose information about you to
parties that are not affiliated with the credit union,
you may “opt out” of these disclosures. That
is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures. This “opt
out” will not apply to disclosures that are permitted
by law and will not apply to disclosures to companies that
perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial
institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
