The Toby 24 Audio Response System Phone Access allows you FREE access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Inquire about balance information, retrieve transaction history, transfer money, or make a payment even when you cannot get to a branch or to an internet-enabled device.

First Time Caller

You will be prompted to set up a new Access Code upon your first call into the Toby 24 system. If you have a TobyFCU ATM or Visa Check (Debit) Card the system recommends using the same number as your designated ATM/Check (Debit) card PIN.

Follow the prompts below when using Toby 24 Phone Access for the first time:

  1. Call the toll free Toby 24 number, 1-800-253-2334
  2. Press 1 for the Main Menu of services
  3. Enter your Account Number followed by the # key
  4. Enter the Access Code you'd like to use followed by the # key
    • Whatever your choice, enter the number that you wish to become your Access Code for this system (must be 4 numbers long)
  5. Enter your Social Security Number followed by #
    • This is for verification purposes
  6. Press 1 to confirm and complete the process

System Prompts

Upon subsequent calls in to the Toby 24 system, here is how to access the system:

  1. Call the toll free Toby 24 number, 1-800-253-2334
  2. Press 1 for the Main Menu of services
  3. Enter your Account Number followed by the # key
  4. Enter your Access Code followed by the # key

Upon logging into Toby 24 you will be prompted to choose one of the following codes based on your reason for calling in:

  • For Balance Inquiries Press 1
  • For Transfers Press 2
  • For History Inquiries Press 3
  • For Loan Information Press 4
  • For Withdrawals Press 5
  • For Additional Options Press 7
  • To Replay the Current Menu Press 9
  • To End the Call Press *

Things to Remember:

  • The # key must be pressed to conclude each entry.
  • To end the call, enter the * key or simply hang up the phone.
  • You may key ahead at any time during the session, you don't necessarily need to wait for the voice prompt.
  • If you receive an "invalid entry" message, you may have entered in your information too fast or failed to listen to the prompt in full.
